 Yuyao Changhong Machinery & Hardware Factory is located in Zhangting Town, Yuyao, Ningbo City, China. Our factory covers an area of 4600 square meters and has 120 staff members. We specialize in manufacturing precise components with brass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, iron and other materials.
Currently, our company has hundreds of automatic lathes and high precise CNC machines and we can produce the parts with the diameter from 3mm to 120mm. The precision of part can be guaranteed within 0.008mm. Our main products are electronic components, and components for pumps and automobile. Our products are wildly used in the fields of telecommunication, automobile and higher-level pumps. Meanwhile, our company has built up good and long-term business relationships with international-known companies in telecommunication, automobile and pump fields.
Our company has a professional engineering team. We are in line with DIN, JIS, ASTM and other international standards as well as the related tolerance specification. We also skillfully operate AutoCAD, Solidwork and other professional software. Therefore, we can provide convinced and reliable technical assurance to clients.
Our company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate in 2006. Our company has been managing the production and quality control not only as per ISO9001:2000 standard, but also brought in TS16949 management concept. Currently, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA systems have been applied to our daily production management and quality control. Meanwhile, we control all the aspects from the preparation of production to packing through Control Plan which lists out the main points at every process. For the raw materials, our company purchases every batch of material strictly under RoHS standard and also has built up a workable traceability system. Moreover, we have established long-term relationships with qualified and authorized third-party-testing-center and verify the material from time to time.
